ASTM A213 Wall Thickness Tolerances

ASTM A213 specifies Minimum wall thickness, namely, there is no mill undertolerance, only overtolerance, unless specified as average wall thickness is requied, permissible variations from the specified average wall thickness shall be +/-10 % of the specified average wall thickness for cold formed tubes.

Seamless tubing furnished to this specification shall conform to the requirements of Specification ASTM A1016/A1016M, including any supplementary requirements.
